These fees are designed to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining the platform, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants. It is important to review the fee structure and understand the percentage that applies to your customer status level. By paying the fees, you can enjoy the benefits of using the Cigarlands platform and accessing a wide range of services and features to facilitate your activities. During this operational phase, there's a single fee rate of 14.5%, which is applicable to buyers. Customers can choose to use funds from their reward balance to cover up to 50% of the platform usage fee, when settling the bill for each successful auction. Question: 11. How do I make a withdrawal from C-Balance?

Withdrawals can be made from the main balance only if there are sufficient funds available. The reward balance cannot be used for withdrawals. If you are a supplier and have enough funds in your main balance, you can request a fund withdrawal. You will need to complete the details in the withdrawal form after making the request. As per the regulations established by our financial partners, withdrawals from the Buyers' Main balance will have limitations and will be managed through customer support. Additional criteria might also apply. Please note that Cigarlands is not accountable for any extra fees imposed by the recipient's bank or an intermediary bank involved in the international funds transfer.

Let them know about your situation and express your need for assistance in handling your auctions. By utilizing the Cigarlands Concierge service, our team of specialists will take care of all the necessary tasks on your behalf. Simply follow the provided instructions, allow your auctions to proceed as usual, and await the completion of the auction process. Once your items are sold, you will receive the payments accordingly. The invoice for the Concierge service will be issued separately, as it is considered a distinct private service. With the support of our dedicated team, you can confidently delegate the management of your auctions, freeing up your time and energy. Rest assured that our specialists will handle everything efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for you.
